Effective 31 July 2026
Our target
This website is built to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. For public-sector projects we additionally build to the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).
What we have implemented
Semantic landmarks and a visible skip-to-content link; a documented heading hierarchy; keyboard operability for every interactive control including the navigation, carousels, accordions and modals; visible focus indicators; text alternatives for informative images and canvases; and colour contrast checked against AA thresholds in both light and dark themes.
Every animation on this site — including the intro sequence, the particle and neural canvases, the 3D hero object, the smooth-scroll behaviour and the auto-advancing carousel — is disabled or reduced when your operating system requests reduced motion.
Known limitations
The decorative canvas visualisations (particle field, neural network, globe) convey no information and are hidden from assistive technology; the globe additionally offers the same region information as a keyboard-reachable text list beneath it.
The embedded Google Map is a third-party frame whose internal accessibility we do not control. The same address information is provided as text on the contact page.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something you cannot use, email contact@burion.in with the page address and a short description. We treat accessibility defects as functional defects and prioritise them accordingly.
Note for the site owner: this document was drafted to describe how the site actually behaves and is a solid starting point — but it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed against the DPDP Act 2023 and any other applicable regime before launch, and update the effective date to your review date.
